With the UFV Appointment Manager you can book virtual or phone one-on-one appointments or live online webinars/workshops with Academic Advisors (Advising Centre, International, Program Advising) and also Academic Success Centre, Academic Integrity Matters Tutors or International Student Services staff.

Student type - Leave this selection as “Current or newly admitted to a UFV program” if you have a UFV student ID and have applied and been admitted to a UFV program. If you are exploring your options and not yet admitted to a UFV program, select “Future student (not admitted to a UFV program)" by the clicking the arrow to the right.

Booking type - You can book one-on-one phone or virtual appointments with Academic Advisors (Advising Centre, International, Program Advising) and also Academic Success Centre (ASC), Academic Integrity Matters (AIM) tutors, International Student Services staff or online live video sessions/webinars organized by UFV departments. You willl be able to sign up for Discover you UFV live videos sessions
