About me:
I am a recent graduate from the Bachelor of Arts program with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology. I'm on an exciting journey, pursuing my post-bachelor degree at UFV. My ultimate goal is to become a clinical counsellor, driven by my passion for understanding the complexities of human behavior and fostering mental well-being.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I have a keen interest in writing and scholarly research, channeling my curiosity into exploring the intricacies of psychology and sociology. As someone who values diverse learning styles, I find joy in accommodating various approaches to education.
I am a strong advocate for the use of adaptive technologies in education. Having experienced the benefits firsthand in my own studies, I am dedicated to assisting fellow students in finding the right fit for their individual needs. This semester, you can find me both online and face-to-face on the Chilliwack and Abbotsford campuses. I am enthusiastic about creating a supportive learning environment and contributing to the academic success of my peers.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations.
If a student misses 3 scheduled appointments or has 3 short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) they will be required to meet with a staff member prior to further appointment bookings.
If you are late for an appointment you may be required to rebook your appointment.
This procedure has been put in place out of respect for our staff and students.
